Pre-recorded Online Courses:

Three seminars are currently available as “online courses” which consists of prerecorded videos and other materials that you watch whenever you want, with lifetime access.  You can also write questions which will be answered usually within a day or two.  These courses are:

CBT for Psychosis; An Individualized, Recovery Oriented Approach.” 

Working with Trauma, Dissociation, and Psychosis: CBT and Other Approaches to Understanding and Recovery” and

Spiritual Issues Within Treatment For Psychosis and Bipolar.”

Training in CBT for psychosis is also available on the east coast.  One option is the Institute of Cognitive Therapy for Psychosis (ICTP).  Go to their website for more information.   

 NYC CBTp offers some trainings, see this page.

The Beck Institute offers training in Recovery Oriented Cognitive Therapy, an approach especially useful for people who are seen as having lots of “negative symptoms.”

Michael Garrett is an expert in combining CBT for psychosis with a psychodynamic approach. He offers online training at https://www.pany.org/psychosis-course

Options for getting training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for psychosis (CBTp) are often advertised on the website for The North American Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis Network (NACBTpN).
